While touring on my 2020 road trip, I stopped in Crested Butte, Colorado and rode Monarch Crest and Agate Creek.
My latest stop on the 2020 road trip was with Chasing Epic tours in Crested Butte, Colorado. We rode the 403 and the 401 trails – together they make up “The 804”.
I was headed to Bentonville, Arkansas when a storm re-routed me to Salida, Colorado. I adjusted the schedule and made the drive.
My cross-country mountain biking trip was off to a great start – and it got a lot better when I was able to visit the “Ride Kanuga” bike park in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
As one of the major tent-pole stops on my 2020 road trip, I had the pleasure of riding DuPont trails with Barrett from Red Wolf Bike Tours in nearby Brevard.
I met Zack on Reddit. He was new in town and was looking for someone who could show him around the San Francisco Bay Area trail systems. I was free, I was bored, I said “sure”.
To start out my Durango mountain bike excursion, I chose to re-ride the only trail I was already familiar with; Twin Buttes.
I took the family on a quick road trip to Durango, and we stopped on our first night in Flagstaff, Arizona.
